Nestled in beautiful Palm Springs, this unique Mid-Century Modern is the perfect getaway for any occasion. Enjoy this newly remodeled three bedroom with a full  kitchen and private backyard space, complete with a sparkling pool, barbecue and fire pit. October thru May is the PERFECT time to visit Palm Springs, CA!  Beautiful weather, gorgeous scenery and so much to do....Starting with what you'll find at Flamingo House:

The living room space is bright and comfortable, with seating areas for a group of 6-8, and the kitchen is well equipped with the necessities to prepare meals with ease.

The dining room table will seat 4-6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The sliding glass door takes you out to the pergola covered patio space, the pool, barbecue, and fire pit.  Just around the corner you'll enjoy a game of Bocce Ball or Cornhole.

Each of the three bedrooms has both a common hallway door and a private entrance/exit to the backyard area, with a full bathroom off the hallway and a private master bath with a rain shower.

Living Room w/Queen sleeper sofa, ottoman, footstool, two side chairs, streaming TV and Spectrum cable w/router located near the right of the sliding glass door entrance to yard.

Dining & Kitchen area include the breakfast bar, a dining table, and an open concept kitchen.  Full-size appliances include refrigerator, gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and large kitchen sink.

Our back yard is completely fenced in for privacy.  Please enjoy the firepit and seating areas, as well as the anti-gravity lounge chairs.  These may be brought outside to lounge.  While we do not provide pool toys, housekeeping does monitor any floaties and toys left behind by previous guests.  These are sanitized and left for future guests to enjoy when they are in good condition.  Please only use plasticware in and around the pool and driveway areas.  

NOTE:  The bottom of the pool is textured and can be hard on tender toes when enjoying the pool for extended periods of time.  We recommend bringing pool booties or swim sandals if you feel this will be an issue for any of your guests.

The front driveway area will accommodate 2-3 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted. Garage is not available for guest parking:  Guests will have access to the entire property, with the exception of the garage.

This property is located in a quiet residential district approximately 2 blocks from a main highway, easily accessible to get to anywhere you'd like to visit in Palm Springs. We do have neighbors and we respectfully request that you abide by assigned quiet hours at all times. We want to respect our neighbors, both in the front yard and in the back yard space. Please refrain from yelling, loud music and profanity in outdoor spaces. We also want you to enjoy your vacation but this home is located next to neighbors who live here full time and we do not wish to disrupt their peace or piece of mind. Listing price subject to change ~ Please ask for a quote if you're interested in holiday & event dates. All bookings are a 2-night minimum Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. Maximum Occupancy: 6 people in rooms, 8 total, Parking 3 vehicles - RV's & Campers not recommended. Cancellation Policy: All reservations within 30 days of arrival may cancel without refund. If the original dates are booked by another guest, the amount of that booking may be refunded. Reservations cancelled 31-45 days prior to arrival will be eligible to receive a 50% refund Reservations cancelled 46+ days prior to arrival will be eligible for a full refund. Changing your dates to a future booking to preserve your reservation is always preferred over cancelling. No pool gate. Children must be supervised at all times. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. No running, diving, rough play, etc. You may want to consider swim sandals or booties to protect toes from a textured pool bottom. No smoking, candles, tiki torches, wood firepits, charcoal BBQ's, fireworks, sparklers, etc. Vaping is prohibited indoors. Marijuana is prohibited on the premise. No animals of any kind, including emotional support animals. Licensed service animals are the only exception, with proof of paperwork. No parties, events, large gatherings above occupancy, profanity, outdoor speakers, screaming, loud/excessive/continuous noise that may disturb the neighborhood. We do not allow daytime visitors. Only the booking party and the reported number of guests may be on the property, in accordance with licensing. Please follow the 'Good Neighbor' guidelines provided with your check-in email. Be respectful of those who live in the neighborhood full-time and are not on vacation. STRICT QUIET HOURS: 10:00 P.M. TO 8:00 A.M. 7-DAYS A WEEK WITHOUT EXCEPTION Please be cautious of sitting on indoor furniture & linens with sunscreen, tanning lotion or oil. NEVER move or disable a security camera! Make-up MUST be removed with provided disposable wipes. No hair dye, tint, make-up or bleach on linens and/or towels. Maintenance must be allowed access through the gate for pool/landscape maintenance. Please do not lock the gate if you're leaving the property, just in case the pool, lights or heat pump need maintenance and/or service during your stay.
